By accessing or using the Samir Medhaj Astro / Kundli Pro website, Android application, or iOS application (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform.

Proprietary Source Code & Algorithms

All source code, custom Swiss Ephemeris wrappers, planetary degree calculators, divisional chart (Varga) algorithms, Vimshottari Dasha engines, Panchang/Muhurat calculation logic, API endpoints, database schemas, and system architecture are the exclusive proprietary property of Samir Medhaj Astro. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

You are expressly prohibited from:

Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Web application, Android APK, or iOS IPA.
Scraping, automated data extraction, or bulk-harvesting of calculated chart data, predictions, or Panchang data via any means, including bots or headless browsers.
Reproducing, redistributing, sublicensing, or creating derivative software products based on our algorithms or API responses.
Circumventing authentication, rate limiting, or paywall/subscription enforcement mechanisms.

Logo, Brand & Trademark

"Samir Medhaj Astro", "Kundli Pro", the platform logo, app icon, brand color palette, and distinctive UI/UX design are trademarks and trade dress of Samir Medhaj Astro. Use of these marks without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Data & Prediction Content Ownership

All synthesized horoscope predictions, Nakshatra remedial content, astrological interpretation text, Shashtiamsha (D60) descriptions, and generated PDF chart formats are copyrighted works of Samir Medhaj Astro. Charts and reports generated for your account are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only - you may not resell, republish, or commercially redistribute any report generated through the Platform.

💳 Payment & Billing Policy

All transactions are processed through RBI & PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (Razorpay / Cashfree / Stripe) on the Web, and through Google Play Billing / Apple App Store in-app purchase systems on mobile, in accordance with their respective policies.

All prices are listed in INR (₹) unless otherwise stated for international billing.
Subscriptions purchased via Google Play or the App Store are managed and cancelled through your respective app store account settings.
Subscriptions purchased directly on the Web can be cancelled any time from your account's Billing section - cancellation stops future renewals but does not shorten the current paid period.

↩️ Refund Policy

Double charge / failed activation: If you were charged but your subscription or unlock was not activated, contact us within 7 days for an instant refund once verified.
Digital goods: Kundli Pro reports, charts, and unlocked feature access are digital goods delivered instantly on purchase. Once a report has been generated/downloaded or a feature has been actively used, the purchase is generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
Subscription cancellation: Cancelling a recurring subscription stops future billing; it does not refund the current billing cycle already paid for.

🔮 Astrological Guidance Disclaimer

All charts, predictions, and remedies provided by Samir Medhaj Astro are for informational, spiritual, and decision-support purposes only. Vedic astrology is a traditional belief system; the Platform does not guarantee specific life outcomes and its content should not be treated as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Use your own judgment for major life decisions.

🚪 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including attempts to reverse engineer the Platform, abuse the API, or engage in fraudulent payment activity.

⚖️ Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
